How do I secure my place on a course

To secure your place on a studio course you must pay the full amount. The payment can be made online or by calling the office on +44(0)20 7241 2816

How long does a gift voucher last?

Please redeem your gift voucher within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months they will no longer be valid for a course or refund.

Changing my appointment date

To change your appointment, please contact us before five working days (120 hours) of your appointment.

Cancelling my appointment.

To cancel your appointment please call 020 7241 2816. Please contact us five working days (120 hours) before your appointment to receive a full refund.

If you do not attend your booked event/course/workshop we will consider this a cancellation and therefore no refund will be offered.

Paying for my course place

Payment can be made online using our secure website and PayPal system. Alternatively you can pay over the telephone by calling the studio on 020 7241 2816.
