Lets get creative and use your flash off camera. Learn how to add drama, mood and surreal ambience to your outdoor portraits.

Learn how to mix daylight and flash, work with speed light in both E-TTL and Manual mode. We will be making use of the urban and park land area surround our studio in London Fields, East London.

Level 2 Intermediate

• Breaking the rules and working against the exposure meter
• Flash gun settings off camera
• Using speed light modifiers
• Using fill in flash techniques
• Learning how to create stunning photos in varied out door settings.
• 10 people max
• This workshop runs from 10:30am till 5:30pm (4-4:30pm in winter months)

Camera Requirements

You will need an SLR camera to part take in this course, arrangements can be made to hire cameras if you don’t own one, please ask when booking. If you have a Compact, Hybrid or Bridge camera you can still take part in this course, however your camera will not have all the functions available to SLR owners, we guarantee to show how to get fantastic pictures with all types of cameras.

Flash Gun Requirements

At London Photography Courses we work with Canon camera’s and have kit for using Canon off camera flash (speedlite), with radio triggers.
