Gift vouchers are normally posted to you within 7 working days. If however you need it faster or don’t want a printed voucher we can then send you a digital email copy at request, please tell us so in the order form.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Each gift voucher has a code/reference number, they will need to quote this number when booking. All gift voucher bookings must be made over the phone or by email.

How long does the voucher last?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be redeemed within this time.
