Boudoir Photography is a very tasteful and elegant form of glamour photography, which is ever popular with today’s brides to be. This line of photography is also a very rewarding financial add on for the portrait and wedding photographer.

There are many aspects to take in to account when shooting Boudoir photography, only one of which is technical ability. Understanding your client’s needs and making them feel relaxed is the hardest but most important aspect.

Your day is spent in our professional studio learning and re-creating a live client type photo-shoot. You will be taken through various lighting set ups from high key to the moody low key, easy set builds, using props posing advice, composition, basic retouching and using post production software with sales techniques.

Camera Requirements:

You will need an SLR camera to part take in this course, arrangements can be made to hire cameras if you don’t own one, please ask when booking. If you have a Compact, Hybrid or Bridge camera you can still take part in this course, however your camera will not have all the functions available to SLR owners, we guarantee to show how to get fantastic pictures with all types of cameras.

Sony Alpha Users
Please bring along a hot shoe adaptor to connect your cameras to the studio flash sync cable, or bring along a Sony flash gun that has manual control. All other manufactures cameras do not need this.
