Do you want to add mood and atmosphere to your photography? Are you looking for a new lighting technique to add to your portrait or model photography?
Low key lighting isn’t always just about look and feel it is also sometimes more suitable for certain shapes and size of peoples figures.
What is low key lighting?
Low key lighting is where we use a small amount of controlled light just to light small section of our subject. The key here is control, for feel and effect think of the old film noir photos.
During the workshop we will learn to use hard light modifiers, and a professional model will be on hand to help you practice and learn.

Lets get creative and use your flash off camera. Learn how to add drama, mood and surreal ambience to your outdoor portraits.
Learn how to mix daylight and flash, work with speed light in both E-TTL and Manual mode. We will be making use of the urban and park land area surround our studio in London Fields, East London.
